Dr. Alex Zed fixed a tooth of mine that had been poorly filled at a clinic in Halifax. Not only did she do a wonderful job, but I did not feel any pain at all! For both my appointments the wait time was mininal, and the customer service was great. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend the practice to anyone.

Whenever I go to Brunswick Square Dental Clinic the reception desk people have large smiles and greet you. I rarely have to wait very long for my appointment. If there is a delay the staff keeps updating you and do not make you feel ignored. The dental assistant and dentist are very professional. They explain the procedure they are going to do and why is it necessary. They also ask if you are having any dental health issues you might want to discuss. So you feel they are listening to your concerns . When the procedure is complete you can book your next appointment from the dental chair! Again the reception desk takes care of billing with ease and apologizes if there is any delay with the technology. I walk out and feel well taken care of.

Dear Rajnish, we are saddened to hear that you have written such an inaccurate review. Since you had not seen a dentist before we had explained in detail before, during and after your appointment what services we provide for your specific dental needs and that we do not know what your plan entails. We accept dental insurance payments ONLY AS A COURTESY to you and our other patients. The amount of coverage you are eligible for has nothing to do with the Dentist nor do we know what your specific plan covers as it is STRICTLY A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU, YOUR EMPLOYER AND THE INSURANCE PROVIDER depending on the benefit level YOU choose. We do not work for the insurance company and DO NOT know what each plan covers as there are thousands of policies to choose from and they can be changed at any time. We had provided you with information to help you understand your dental benefits and had offered to send in predetermination's so you would know in advance what future treatments your plan would cover for you after your initial visit. We hope that this experience will prompt you to contact your dental insurance provider to discuss why you were not provided with the level of coverage that you thought you were entitled to instead of inaccurately slandering our clinic and staff, especially since we had already addressed your concerns professionally in person and through email and telephone. I have never walked into the Brunswick Dental Clinic that I didn't feel in the best of hands. They have taken me every time at short notice. They are professional and kind. Their equipment is top of the line and last but not least they listen to their patients. We don't always want the full monty that can be offered by dentists and alternatives are suggested which I appreciate.
