I received invaluable assistance from her and also from the woman on the sales floor who helped me find what I needed. All in all, a truly unique place! The service was perfect, exemplary, always ready to respond to the customer with the utmost politeness.

They didn't even take the time to explain or help my brother how to use his blood sugar monitor. He had absolutely no idea how to operate it, and since I know a little about these things, I was able to salvage the situation. Even though I love my brother, it certainly wasn't my responsibility to fix that for him. It should have been done by someone qualified. You can imagine how disappointed I am. Completely unprofessional, I tell you!
