My husband ordered a beautiful watering can bouquet for me for mothers day to be delivered the day before. No delivery. Late Mother's day I Recieved 10 roses badly wrapped, 2 with broken stems and petals falling off all of them. My husband never sends me roses. They screwed up big time. They offered me a box of chocolates, but I can't eat chocolate, they offered me a new bouquet the day after mothers day but I refused. It was so upsetting that what was supposed to be such a special day turned out so upsetting for me and my husband, who happens to be posted out west. Hopefully this won't happen again

Horrible service. I order flowers every year for my mom on Mother's Day. They always arrive sometime in the morning or early afternoon. This year I decided to go with brunet florist- what a mistake. They arrived just past 4pm. When I called to ask about the flowers the lady that answered the phone was extremely unpleasant. The flowers that my mother got also look nothing like the picture online. The online photo had purples, reds, pinks and blues and the ones my mother got where orange and yellow. Both colours she does not like. Do not order from the company!!!

Flowers were delivered two days before the date that I had requested. I called and explained that I had requested them for a specific date to mark a special occasion. They apologized and said that they would send another bouquet on the requested date. No other bouquet was ever delivered. When I asked for a refund, they said they would only refund half of my money since they did send flowers (even though it was the wrong date). No money was ever refunded to my credit card.
