Walked in with my shirt up as a mask. Employee said they cannot serve me, walked out and walked back in with a face shield and a mask, they then said they would not serve me, so long story short just don’t come here, Einstein bagels are better anyways.
LOVE this place! Always have, always will. Hands down the best bagels/bagel sandwiches ever! The Chanhassen/Eden Prairie location is my favorite. Special shout out to one of their amazing supervisors, Lance, who's been working for Bruegger's for at least 20 yrs. His masterpiece bagels/sandwiches are simply perfect! :

Filthy. Just look at the entryway. Maybe cleaned in 09? Disgusting. Mgr not wearing gloves?? Eww. tables not serviced. Stay away unless updated tetanus shot. Cmon man
Food is good. Employees are nice. But FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THE BATGROOMS! They have the worst TP ever. It's seriously comparable to sand paper.
It's really sad that most of the bruegger's got rid of their toasters. The turbo convection oven is not even close to the same. The bruegger's in Wayzata still has their toaster! Bring it back and it's 5 stars. The employees are great, service is fast... But a bagel is not the same when it isn't toasted.
Fairly quick service, fresh & tasty breakfast sandwiches! Favorite place for a quick morning breakfast break before grocery shopping.
