This place is beautiful at any time of the year. But the real oasis of grace is part of the garden with rhododendrons. They begin to bloom at the end of May and until about mid-June. Also, there are many peonies, different types of lilacs and hostas in the park. Of course, there is access to Lake Ontario. Great place for photo shoots.
Nice little park with well landscaped gardens. I am sure there would be more flowers in the month May and June. A short loop Waterfront Trail takes you around garden. We found a very small beach just passed the bridge on the right side of the bridge. It offers a nice view, cool breeze. But the water is not clean to swim in my opinion.
Such a beautiful and well managed garden/park! Wish I knew it earlier. The garden is full of rhododendrons, all the different kinds/breeds. Bonus point is it's beside the Lakeshore so you could even go onto the beach! 5 star recommended
Nestled south of the Lakeshore Road in Port Credit is a slice of nature worth exploring. Following the pathway from the parking lot visitors can view multiple gardens, trees and scrubs with benches set out to relax and enjoy the view. We take our morkie on walks in the park and often meet other dogs walking with their owners. The garden borders on Lake Ontario and it is a great place to view the water wildlife, the Toronto cityscape and the rocky shoreline.
This is the most beautiful park in Mississauga — some type of new flower blooms every week throughout the Spring and Summer! It’s so pleasant to walk through, and right along the lake.
Always a great time when taking a walk here. The pathways are always taken care of and cleared of litter. The gardens are just beautiful and the view of Toronto from here is just breathtaking. Great for a date or time out with the family
The garden isn’t too big but it’s absolutely beautiful during summer when the flowers are in full bloom. The park also connects to a number of other parks while walking alongside Lake Ontario. Beautiful stroll with the kids in morning!
A Nice park for picnic. Can not do BBQ. It has a very limitted parking which needs to be resereved before going during the summer. It also has small beach but rocky!
Love love this park. First time here. A little bit of everything - winding walkways, blooming rhododendrons and peonies and a nice little beach. Gem of a find on Lakeshore.
Great little park for walks and the bike trail goes right through it. Provides bicycle maintenance station as well.
