Great atmosphere and really knowledgeable servers. Food was beautifully plated and tasted amazing. I ever tried my first fancy cocktail because the server Will described them so vividly. Live music was a bonus. Highly recommend the short rib!

Best pizza on Georgian Bay.
This is an amazing restaurant, during COVID-19 they have been offering pick up of their delicious meals. Tonight we had a wonderful meal, the best Margherita Pizza I’ve had anywhere outside of Italy and the main course of Organic gluten free dusted chicken was delicious.

I had a salmon dish that was quite interesting, since it featured shiitake, flowers and more. Portion a bit small, yet somewhat pricey.
Another great meal at the Bruce. Always warm and welcoming. Love the uostairs., It is like a warm hug. Pizza is outstanding. I had the green salad and veggie pizza. I will be dreaming about that pizza for some time. Wine list is extensive and server knowledgeable. She helped us select the perfect bottle. Love this place!
A Relative 5 Star, the food was great, atmosphere was warm and inviting. I was pleasantly surprised by how busy it was while the service was well maintained and the chefs were on a roll. I sat on the bar which faced into the kitchen, everything I saw looked better than the next.
Made a booking online and it worked out perfect. Made a special request for a birthday cake and they came out with a candle at the end. Im a picky person and it was all perfect. Excellent food, kind and wonderful service, and great place to have a nice dinner. Can’t say enough great things.
