Brown's Plumbing & Heating, LTD

A few weeks ago our hot water tank sprang a leak. We have a 'usual' plumber that we prefer to use but had experienced some trouble getting them to come out in a timely manner in the past. I had heard of Brown's Plumbing through word of mouth recently and I decided to give them a call and they promised to come that same afternoon! The plumber who came was friendly and removed his shoes before coming into our home. He answered any questions that we had and was very efficient in his job. All work was completed the same day. After experiencing this great service we decided to use Brown's to replace our A/C and furnace units as well. They were wonderful in helping us find the right financing so that we could get the furnace & A/C units of our choice and even offered to combine the cost of the hot water tank replacement with the financing. The workers who showed up to remove our old units and replace them with the new ones were friendly and once again answered all of our questions. They made sure to put down sheets to protect our carpet and even when there was a minor issue they had someone rush out a special part from Steinbach to ensure that the work could be completed the same day. There was a minor issue of needing a new venting system for the new furnace and they worked closely with us to ensure that the venting would satisfy the safety codes but would also remain hidden so that we would not have 'ugly' looking pipes running along our basement walls. We are very happy with the service and quality of work that was done in our home. We would definitely recommend using Brown's Plumbing and will be sure to use them ourselves in the future should the need arise.

Email them about tub pipe leak under mobile trailer. And they unable do repair that kind of work

Paid $270 for a leak that should only take 20 minutes to fix. Absolutely insulted by this.

Browns came and did a job requiring snaking a main line. And when it wasn't done completely the first time came back and did a great job with no charge and an apology. That goes along way. Thanks Sean.
