I ordered a love seat and a couch and they delivered both at different times because of the manufacturer. The first time delivery was scheduled for my loveseat, they didn't even show up. When it came to my couch, they set up a delivery time that didn't work for me, and didn't return any of my calls about rescheduling. When they showed up - even though I'd told them I wasn't available - the movers refused to even TRY to bring the couch in. So I called and set up a redelivery. And I specifically asked that anyone else be sent to deliver the couch - just to please not send the same two guys who refused to try to bring the couch in. Not surprisingly, the same two guys showed up. Then they spent more than an HOUR sassing me before even trying to bring the couch in. I had the threaten to call the cops. Eventually they tried to bring the couch in, and it fit. Just like I told them it would. Start to finish, it was horrible working with this company. Literally spend your money on any other moving company.
My experience with this company was through a Wayfair order that they were tasked with delivering and putting the items together. To begin, I received a delivery date and window timeframe via email from Wayfair. I received a call 3 days prior stating they would be delivering that particular day. I declined. They did deliver on the agreed upon date during the appropriate window of time. When they arrived, they brought the items into my home and I had to ask both of them to either remove their shoes or cover them. Mud and snow were tracked into my house in which I had to clean floors and walls when they left. They started to put the items together and about an hour in they realized that due to not reading the instructions they had put 4 chairs together wrong. They needed to take the items a part and start over. This went on for about 2 hours. Then one of the delivery persons stated they had to leave due to other deliveries and I had a mess in my dining room as they unboxed everything and had partially put together some of the chairs. They asked me if I could put the remaining items together. I told them "no that is not what I paid for". I called the office and had spoke to Matt owner? and after 2 phone calls and having to get extremely upset they stayed and finished putting the items together. At one point, I was instructed to call a third party 1-800 # to get the rest of the items put together. Very unprofessional and if the persons are not qualified to complete the job they should have declined the white glove service they told Wayfair they would provide. I did follow through with Wayfair and let them know about the experience and if they use this company I would no longer be ordering large items from them in the future. I would not recommend this company and hope this review is helpful for those looking for services.
This is the 2nd time we have had Brown's deliver furniture. Their service was arranged through the company we purchased from. Both times, excellent service! Called prior to arrival, on time, very pleasant and careful. Very nice work! Thank you for taking such good care of expensive purchases. It means a lot to us.
