My visit went very well … the one thing I find very practical is that Dr Brown doesn’t hide any costs and is entirely upfront about all the costs and cares about the patient. It’s a different experience coming to Smiles by Design !
Dr. Brown is an amazing dentist and person. I have moved to the Central Coast and will miss going to this office. I have made the long drive to see him as he is so worth it, but I must be practical. Dr. Brown gives me other alternatives when possible and only suggests the most expensive procedure when it is the only choice. He is meticulous in his work. Donna, his assistant, is a real jewel. She always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you, Donna
All around great experience. DDS Brown goes the extra mile when you need it, priorities are right about what needs to be done and when, giving down to earth counseling. Leah is very caring and does a consummate, outstanding job cleaning teeth and taking X-rays. Reception and scheduling staff are efficient, upbeat. Beautiful, comfortable office. Prices reasonable. I highly recommend their services.
I have been seeing Dr. Brown for close to 10 years now and he has always done a great job working on my teeth. He is very trust worthy and I’ve never felt he was doing unnecessary work on me. Leah, the dental hygienist, is awesome and leaves my teeth sparkling! My two sons saw Dr. Wade for the first time today and liked her very much. She was very thorough and friendly! I highly recommend them both!
At this office you will love going to the dentist! Leah is my dental hygienist and she is as gentle and wonderful as can be. And thorough! And Dr. Brown is a very honest and excellent Doctor. I would not trust my precious set of teeth to anyone else. I highly recommend this office! Five stars
