Attorney Rintoul carefully reviewed documentation from my wife's initial request, gathered additional pertinent information, and secured expert medical opinion to ensure the review board had all the facts. His letter to the board summarizing the rationale for the appeal was extremely well constructed and we are sure instrumental in the board's approval of medical retirement benefits. About Cody N. Guarnieri: I was referred to him by another lawyer that said he is the person I needed to talked to. Called him and had a brief chat about what I had been charged with, and without any hesitation he said he would like to help me. The fees were very reasonable and it seemed from the conversation with Mr. Guarnieri, I was in good hands. We went to court three times, but only saw the judge once, sense I had been informed of all charges and court cost.. Something I did not like. We had discussed this several times in-between my visits to the court house, and on the last visit Mr. Guarnieri worked some great magic. All said and done, I was very happy with the out come, and I must say, Mr. Guarnieri did a supper job for me.
