Where do I start? No one answers the phone no matter what time you call. It rings and rings and then you're hung up on. Next, the number you have to scour the internet for does have some information, but no one that you can actually talk to. Talk about frustrating when you have questions that the severely out of date website doesn't answer. Take for instance someone going there for a loved one to drop off clothing only to find out from the lady on the other side of the buzzer that they have to be mailed and from Walmart, Amazon, or Target. It does not say that on the website. It's pretty sad to have to call a totally different county to get some questions answered. Even Kewaunee County has a hard time getting a hold of them. This is unacceptable. Do better Brown!
