New school year, same old problems. I'm so sick of Brown Bus Company. Last year our child was dropped off at the wrong stop. She was completely lost, for hours and the bus driver refused to help. She told us she had no way to keep track of so many kids and that we should contact the school because our daughter probably never got on the bus. This turned out to be false but to make matters worse she wouldn't even tell us where the nus had stopped previously so we could go search those areas! This year the bus driver (different from before) verbally accosted our kindergartener. It was her first day of school! This monopoly doesn't deserve the contract they have with the school district and our children deserve better.

Was just almost ran off the road because bus #8 driver for caldwell obviously wasnt paying attention

Our experience with the girls in the office, drivers and aides has been positive every school day for the five years we have lived in Nampa. Thank you, it's a hard job and I appreciate having you.

When my kindergartener started taking the bus the driver was so sweet and nice. He reassured me she was in good hands and has her sit right behind him on the bus. My only complaint is that they didn't call me back like they said in regards to my daughter's lunch pail.
