Not surprising, I don’t know much about the service department but I do know that the sales department has unprofessional people... Needless to say that when you ask a question as a client to one salesman, the salesman has the responsibility to come up with a convincing answer or point. Salesman over there are Rockies Especial the tall guy, not worth it! I went to Park-Avenue instead and they guided me through what I needed.

320$ Dollars for FOB replacement and programming and this is what they give me. "Just hold them together and the car will start". They "don't cut keys there", for some odd reason, and they refuse to switch the key from one case to another which I have just done in under 1 minute. Even the service manager, which I asked give me a call was baffled by the idea switching the keys in the casing. "we don't cut keys, the key costs us 220$." Yeah, sure. I can get a jobber key for 150 with programming and the cut and will do so next time. The other reviewers are completely spot on; their view seems to be nobody is responsible everything is the customers fault.

bought a car from another Mitsubishi dealership, but it has closed. Not knowing where to go, we expected good service at this other Mitsubishi, but in return felt like if they did not care at all. The Sales Director claimed that he can’t help much because it is not HIS car… I’m sorry, but I thought a Mitsubishi car…. Is in fact a Mitsubishi car… and I was at a Mitsubishi dealership... where they help Mitsubishi car owners…

Both sales and after sales service at Brossard are excellent. I visited other south shore dealers before buying in Brossard, I got a much better price and honest, professional service. My first service appointment was easy to book, they offered me a courtesy car free of charge and washed my car, wow.

Absolutely awful customer service and support for customers. The poor business practices and their willingness to redirect the blame to the customer without a second thought is enough to drive me away.
