Very bad customer service when it comes to the repairs department. As a single mother who relies on her vehicle for work and her kids, honesty and good customer service are very important to me. I have had two vehicles with Chevrolet back to back, the first was a good experience, but this most recent one has been a real nightmare. I am currently shopping for a new vehicle and am inclined to go elsewhere.

Giving one star because after the auto show in Montreal was finished they gave us a call which we didn't sign up for. On the show we had to give our info to enter a draw for a Car (which will be decided in winter 2018?!?!). We didn't sign up for unsolicited calls. We should have known better that all this "sign up to win a car" is a scam to get to your data. The salesman in the store might be nice, but this data collection business did piss me off since my info was used to distribute it to the closest dealers. Not cool Chevy, GMC, etc! Not cool!

Horrible service. Besides overbooking appointments, staff just don’t care or they’re clueless on how to satisfy client needs. Not rocket science... too bad, they have great vehicles, but below standard service. For leaving their clients frustrated, they deserve 0 stars. To whomever is writting me from GMC Brossard, If you want to really improve your service you can reach me. You have all my contact info in your system.

Salesman is a liar. Told me he had a car in the colour I wanted and would be in next week. The next week rolled around and he told me I had to settle for a different color. There were many other things but in total, an awful salesman & poor communication lead to a terrible experience. Would never recommend.

So far so good! Sales team is pretty good and the way they work is pretty nice as well. No unwanted pressure and they respect customer. Must say that I am left very impressed with this dealer.
