Brookside Campsite

About

A true camping gem, in the heart of the desert!

Story

Right off the Trans-Canada Highway; smack dab in the desert corridor of British Columbia, we offer one of the most beautiful and well equipped RV Parks in the interior of BC. We are hidden in a lovely and unique creek side setting; and all you can see from the highway is a canopy of trees. Being BC’s hot spot on a regular basis; our trees and our heated outdoor pool are blessings which you will truly appreciate when our summer temperatures are hovering between 30-35 degrees. Nestled amongst the trees are lush lawn tenting sites, and flat fully serviced pull through RV sites. All our facilities are clean and well maintained, to provide you with a truly relaxing vacation get away. Truly “a gem in the desert”.
We are a dedicated vacation park and only have eight year around permanent sites. This allows you the opportunity to mingle with like-minded travelers from Canada, the United States; and international travellers from all parts of the world; exploring the beauty of the area.

We arrived on Sunday with my young nieces (22 months and 5 years) planning on staying a week. My nieces had a blast swimming, walking to see the animal statues, playing at the park or kicking a ball on the grass. It's a quiet park. Short camp spots, but very do able! Pool was great. Washrooms clean. The only reason we left early was due to the heavy smoke and falling ash. It was hard on my asthma. The camp owners were very accommodating in giving us a refund for un used days. We look forward to returning in the smokeless future:)

The sites are very small and closely packed together. The great amenities mostly made up for this - very clean bathrooms and free showers. A nice pool. Friendly owners/staff. LAUNDRY ON SITE. $2 WASH $2 DRY.

I have noticed huge improvements with new owners! This is a handy campground that we stay at often. Clean, quality amenities like a pool and playground and wifi and friendly owners. I appreciate the repeat customer discount.

Nice shady campground next to little creek, with a nice pool area. Owner very personable, trying to recover from BC wildfires and recent evacuation order. Still smoke in area from fires, but not bad.
