Valentine’s Day dinner with my forever Valentine. Delicious pre fix menu selections… Oysters, Gouda bacon bites, prime rib, salmon and to top things off creme brûlée for dessert petitioning to get this on the regular menus. Everything was delectable. Love that this little gem is our neighborhood staple. Cheers!
We do a ton of weddings here, and always professional and great weddings and services. Food is great too!
My husband and I got married at Brookshire in June 2020. We had a fantastic experience! We were fortunate enough to be able to keep our original wedding date with some slight modifications. The event staff at Brookshire was very accommodating by allowing us to spread out the tables to allow social distancing and even allowed us to reserve a few tables outdoors. The food was great and the facility is beautiful! It really was the helpful staff that took the event to the next level though. Thank you to the catering and event staff for making our wedding unforgettable!
Great outdoor experience and amazing wait staff and food!! We had the tiki hut all to ourselves and we tried the traverse city salad, the fish basket, the bisque, the onion rings, sweet potato fries, steak bites, chips and queso, brussel sprouts, and coconut shrimp and they were all delicious as well as our drinks It was SO nice to sit and eat and enjoy each other's company! We will be back
We had our wedding here in September of 2019 and it was the most amazing day! The venue was perfect and the staff was fantastic. From the moment we got there until we left, the staff was so helpful and accommodating. The venue was beautiful. With the gardens, bridges, and golf course we got amazing photos well over 500. We are so glad to have chosen Brookshire for our wedding. They had everything set up and ready to go without any problems. They were always there to answer any questions and help navigate guests around the venue. We are so thankful for the staff who helped plan and make our wedding a day to remember!
Words cannot describe how perfect my wedding was thanks to this venue and its staff. The scenery was beautiful, the staff was extremely helpful, and the food was delicious. The communication was outstanding, Mary Ann and Melissa were always quick to answer my questions and did what they could to help me. The ground were kept up and staff was available to help keep golfers out of the way during the procession. The whole day flowed smoothly thanks to the staff and coordinators. I continue to get compliments on how amazing my wedding was from my guests and I get so much joy from looking back at the photos and videos from that magical day. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have an amazing wedding without breaking the bank. We had a morning ceremony with a lunch reception and it was perfect. We were able to pay cash and start our marriage off free of debt. I wouldn't have done it any other way.
Not the nicest place but definitely a decent club house and the food was average. The outdoor igloos are fun in the winter. BBQ sauce on the ribs was just ok. Service was ok, in the igloo they only checked on us once in two hours and didn't help carry drinks.
This place has gone so far downhill from when I ate here before Covid I'm honestly amazed it's still open. We waited almost two hours to get our food, which ended up being terrible. The appetizer baked potatoes was delivered cold after 45 minutes with no advertised side of sour cream, no plates, and no silverware. Our party of four was all but forgotten by multiple waitresses. The beef au jus I ordered came cold, without the au jus, and when I requested the au jus I was brought a cup of literal lukewarm grease. We had no salt and pepper and no condiments. Its safe to say that my family and I will not be returning.
Went to a holiday company party. It was really good food, good drinks and great service. It's very clean and has a pleasant atmosphere
Was there for a private party.... Very nice. Food was good.. Atmosphere was better. Getting chicken fingers and fries out to the young children first was a great touch.
