Terrible service.... actually lack of service at all.... I spoke to a doctor on Thursday, was supposed to receive a blood test requisition. It is the end of Wednesday.... nothing was sent my way yet, I left a voice mail and sent a reminder email.... nothing... no one even bothered to contact me back.
Extremely slow, extremely difficult to get a hold of no matter the day, extremely difficult to get in with family doctor and to book appointments in general. And when you do get an appointment, they call you 30 minutes before it’s scheduled. Absolutely terrible, it seems like everyone there hates their lives, want to do anything but help you, and do not want to be in business. Do not recommend to anyone ever.
Extremely flippant attitude towards patient care. If you don't agree with their very obviously slanted pro Covid Vaccine views, they've no time for you. Dr. Laroche does not honour his patients' time by actually keeping appointments. I was treated far better at an urgent care clinic as a 'walk in' and recommend you do the same.
They turn their phones off whenever they feel like it, 2pm and I can't contact or leave a message because the "office is closed" but their website says they are open until 8. Horrible service
This place is a JOKE! Absoluetly the worst clinic I have ever experienced! I have been a patient here for more then 16 years, never had a problem until the last 5 years. Receptionists changed and are now extremely rude and incompetent, they make you wait over an hour for scheduled appointments with no explanation! Their booking system is a joke nothing less then a 45 minute wait just to book an appointment, when you show up for that said appointment turns out they didn't actually book it! A complete waste of time, doctors are great but not woth the headache!
It is absolutely appalling how long patients have to wait to simply BOOK an appointment to have a phone conversation with their doctor. I’ve been on hold for 25 mins, not including the 25 minutes I spent waiting yesterday, just to be hung up on once someone finally picked the phone up. Oh and by the time it was finally picked up, it was after 4pm so I couldn’t call back until this morning. HIRE MORE STAFF!!!!! Family medical organizations have been the least helpful profession throughout this pandemic, it’s extremely sad that I can get my toddler a Covid test easier than I can see her doctor.
Excellent doctors & staff. They're great at getting back to you within good timing. Dr. Bhatia in particular is amazing and her receptionist Adrianna is so kind. If you're looking for a doctor that you can not only trust but feel comfortable with she's the one!
FRONT STAFF NEED TO BE CHANGED. Absolutely Horrible, call you when you DONT have an appointment, then when you actually have an appointment Dr. Suri doesn't call with no reason as to why. Also get a new receptionist, this can't be news to you!!! She's horrible.
Horrible service from dr Caroline McAllister office. After being on hold for 18 minutes, reception had to transfer me to the doctor receptionist so I had to wait again. Then the receptionist picked up the phone, waited 2 seconds and then HUNG UP ON ME. unbelievable. And that’s not the first time that snotty receptionist has done that to me. SHAME on dr McAllister for hiring such a horrible person to serve her patients.
Dr. Firouzabadi, I know my body. I’m not well. How do you not care about people. This place is atrocious
