Went to the emergency room last night for a fall my daughter had.  The nurse went above and beyond to help us,  which included a follow up call later. The Dr was also very great with her. I am very impressed, great employees!

We've used the emergency ward a couple of times, and both times the nurses and physicians were extremely thorough and fast in their response.  Also, very friendly and responsive overall to my wife's needs.  Not sure what's going on with the more negative experiences.  Maybe some random factors I haven't witnessed there.

I recently had a procedure done at the Brookings hospital. I would like to thank Dr. Johnson. I also thank nurse Mindy who scheduled the procedure and answered so many of my questions. Thank you to everyone else that cared for me during my brief stay. I appreciated the professional, compassionate care.

Absolutely terrible. I would never trust them with another life or death case again. The staff was unprepared and lacked compassion.  We had an unresponsive female in the car and the staff made us carry her all the way to a room. We might be better off driving to Sioux Falls rather than this being our only option.

I had a small procedure done at the Brookings Health System, and the care was amazing.  So nice to have caring staff and providers here in Brookings.  Will be my families first choice for sure!
