Hello, I am thrilled with Dr. Mac and his staff. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone to my first visit and my most current visit I have been so happy with their service. Every staff member is so kind and accommodating? Even my first visit my Caravan bus was running late and I had to call them as I was going to miss my appointment. I was so surprised to be treated so well and accommodated without any hesitation. I was expecting to be charged for the visit that I missed, but I was not. Their offices are so comfortable as they are not small and crowded with wires and cords on the floor. Their technology is state of the art as they have machines that I have never seen before and I am a senior. Dr. Mac is amazing. He takes his time and educated me on what is the most important factors in caring for my teeth and what I need to do at home to ensure my oral hygiene is at its best. I was very impressed with him. My friend who came to pick me up even mentioned how kind they all were as she sat in the waiting room and listen to them. They treated each other very well. The little things that may not mean much deeply impress me because of how authentic and down-to-earth they are. I can truly tell you that you must give them a visit and you will never regret it. They are top-notch and I will be staying with them for sure.
Dr.Max is such a great dentist! He’s honest, gentle with extractions and puts my mind at ease with each visit - for those who dislike going to the dentist, you’ll be thankful to see Dr. Max - he truly understands. I also want to mention the administrative staff are friendly, warm and super helpful with any questions I have. Highly recommend!!
Had an amazing experience. Great customer service. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The doctor and assistant explained everything to me and helped answer questions I had. I had no pains or complications after my appointment. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely come back again. I would 100% recommend Bronte road family dental to other people. 10/10.
First time patient to this clinic. Wonderful experience. I’ve had my 2nd appointment due to a cavity that needed replacing. Service was top notch. Procedure was explained in detail, Dr. Max showed me visuals before and after and recovery was easy. Hands down I would recommend Dr. Max and his team.
