Came through on a quiet Sunday, but I was impressed with the accessibility features at Bronte Go station. There are plenty of wide ramps with gradual grades. Signage here is much better than at other stations along Lakeshore West.
Very accessible to those who need those features; elevators, ramps, etc..nnQuaint little station with a HUGE parking lot; on a busy day I’ve seen only 1/4 of it full so I can imagine why they needed THAT much space -nothing compared to the Oakville GO’s parking lot, though-.nnI use this service often when going places and every time I’ve used it, never have I seen the booths in the Center waiting area with staff; can be due to me coming there at past-hours? Nonetheless, still a bit weird to be waiting in a completely empty sometimes has a couple people when busy small waiting area with no staff there at all.nnThere are restrooms, rest assured. Though beware that the waiting area DOES close after a certain hour don’t know when so if you come at a certain time of night or day needing to relieve yourself, consider yourself screwed.nnOther than that, pleasant and accessible bus/train station!
Amazing customer service. Joanne noticed an issue on my Presto Card. She took the time to calculate the impact of the error over the last month and arranged a refund to my card the following day!
It’s a nice clean little station.nHowever I agree with other posts.nThe store is not open during evening commutes.nThere isn’t even a vending machine for drinks.nWas disappointed with that.nEverything else is nice.
