Recently switch over for my auto insurance. They were able to save me literally $1000 on my policy which was a big surprise. Everyone is different but definitely give them a chance. I love the ease of the services and you're always a call away from a real person. Digital signatures and app accessible insurance. Very nice. :

Their record keeping is extremely problematic. I received a renewal this year for an address I haven't lived in, in over a year, even after I called and spoke with someone for an hour last year to update my plan and make sure things were transferred over properly. I asked BrokerLink to provide a revised policy because I can't just trust their word that it's for the right place and they sent me two policies, one for last year under the incorrect address, one for this year under the current address with an additional $66 in fees for all my trouble and still resent a copy of a renewal for my old address for this year which was redirected to my current address. I have no trust that I actually have an insurance policy for my current location or had one for the previous year based on everything they have sent me. I shouldn't have this much trouble without ever having filed a claim. I also provided my updated phone number which changed 4 years ago and they still have me listed under my old out of province number.

After more than a decade of insurance premium increases, I decided to get some new quotes after a big jump in this year's renewal. I got five quotes and found all five were min $100 less per month. I shouldn’t have been dealing with Jennifer but the original broker wasn’t available to handle things as promptly as the customer needed it to be,as I explained to Jennifer. Not only did she not hesitate to help us she did not have to do this! but she stayed on the phone with me until I had our mutual clients proof of insurance in my inbox! Would like to say thank you to BROKERLINK especially RAYMOND CHEUNG. He was able to get me my insurance in less than half an hour just to show how effectively they work. Previously. I had applied for an insurance with a different company and had to wait over three weeks without any response and then I was recommended by a Friend to call RAYMOND and I tell you he was great. Worked very fast and got me everything at a great price. I’m very happy and grateful. This is my new company now and will continue to get my insurance here. This company is so problematic to deal with. I set up insurance for my vehicle they phoned be back saying I have to either say I commute with my vehicle to work or switch MY car, registered under My name to my wife's because I drive a work truck to work. Makes no sense. And to top it off they take a raised payment without giving me any paperwork stating how much I'm going to be paying monthly.

Was awesome experience my broker found a great plan was looking at over $1300 a year elsewhere and found me one for $650/y would definitely recommend if your looking for vehicle insurance
