Absolutely horrible experience. Sonja does not give us any answers to our questions, she is not kind on the phone, really turned us off from the company entirely. We were also given false information that she guaranteed us was correct. Not the experience you want at all when you are dealing with forking out very high insurance monthly. Also called the Tillsonburg Brokerlink 3 days in a row at least 2-4 times a day and nobody even answers their phones. Have had many sleepless nights over this. WE are not impressed.

Probably the worst experience my agent was fired from the Sudbury office so I called here which is around the corner form my house just to simply have insurance switched over to my new truck Sonya wouldn't even help me referee me to a office 1000km away if anything she should be fired at least Cindy farmer heloed me

Absolutely not willing to accommodate you. I called to see if I can get a quote as they came referred to by my sister and since I don't live in Tillsonburg, I was asked why I could not use a broker that was closer to my address.. As well as not very helpful unless it came with an excuse as to why she could not get me the information that I was requesting!! She was the only one in the office so she could not help me today. Very high rate payments as well... NOT DOING BUSINESS EVER WITH THEM
