Story

Since we started Broder Homes in 2006, we have taken great pride in our commitment to our clients, our craftsmanship, and our community. Everything we do is with you in mind, and we approach your new home differently than other builders. The bulk of work you need to do with us happens before we even give you a quote on your house.

We have always worked hard to add value to our clients, from custom homes to multi-family dwellings. In 2016, we partnered with the City of Lacombe to build townhomes for people in need of affordable housing. The Henner’s Village project created a unique opportunity for these people to enter the housing market as homeowners — not renters — with support from the Down Payment Assistance Program (DPAP).
