We attended a show “ Hotel California, Tribute to the Eagles” amazing!!!!! Location and parking was great. Service from staff was excellent as always.nBathrooms readily available and clean.nDrinks available before and during half time, again great service from the servers.nThe band was just fantastic, enjoyed their show, they entertained us, I totally enjoyed the entire performance!!nThe band members were so social and down to earth, simply just seemed like great folks!nHighly recommend if they come through your area take the time and go see them!
We attended the Road Apples show in Feb 2025. This was our first time at the Arts Centre and we can't wait to go back. The theater itself is beautiful and historic, the staff were friendly and attentive. Concessions are very affordable. We would recommend seeing a show to locals and tourists alike.
I haven't been to the BAC in over twenty years, and I wad there recently for the BAC Music Festival Stars show. I was amazed to see that the arts centre is in beautiful condition. It was clean and updated, and still maintaining its classic look. I also found the natural acoustic to be very well balanced, something I never appreciated when I was younger. Instruments on stage sounded like they were right in front of me. There were also some young singers with smaller voices that were easily audible and clear.
The shows are great, however when they only post who is coming to town 10 days before their performance it is extremely hard to plan a night out. Do it like the folks in Kingston. I know what is coming up until the end of the year or even later. They really do need to fix this.
Watch for not one but two hidden fees when ordering ticketsnby phone or on line . Pay attention to the advertised price on theirnwebsite then watch what happens after calculating sales tax and an additional fee just before the final check out . So your gettingnclipped several dollars for every ticket you buy. Very deceitful practice to say the least. Have mentioned this to them on threenoccasions over the last couple of years but nothing changes.nThey should just be transparent by not hiding extra charges.
