We paid for a Memorial Tree through Upper Thames Conservation Authority in partnership with Brock & Visser Funeral Home. Brock & Visser canceled the Memorial Tree Service this year last minute with no explanation or plans to reschedule - and we only found out by asking, no one bothered to tell us. The planting of our tree happened earlier in the year but no one told us that so without a date we missed it. Very unprofessional and extremely insensitive considering the business they are in. Goes to show it's just another a business and that your money is all they really care about. My advice is give people who are grieving full information. Shame on all parties involved.
I can’t say enough how well we were taken care of this past week preparing for our dear friend’s funeral. Jenny and the rest of the staff there were so kind, listening to all our wishes and stories about Dorothy. Jenny went out of her way to get an autographed picture of my dear friend’s favourite singer. She surprised mom and I when we arrived. Jenny truly listens to you and shows so much respect for us and our family. I also can’t say enough about the heart warming obituary that she put together describing Dorothy to a t. If you want a wonderful experience then this is the place to go .nThank you from the bottom of our hearts .nJulie Carter
When one needs the services of a funeral home, it is often due to a devastating loss. In our case, we lost our beloved mother, Lorissa Blackburn. Choosing a compassionate, caring, and calming home to celebrate Mom’s life was entrusted to Brock and Visser, and they did not disappoint.
