Glad I decided to have my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude checked by Brock Auto (after 2 lower mainland shops failed) Lowell the mechanic diagnosed & identified the problem after a quick round-the-block test drive and walking beside the vehicle for a stretch. Very satisfied with the repair and the reasonable cost of the repair. The Wendy and Ashley at the office were awesome to talk to and were upfront with cost and extent of repair. They surely have gained themselves another customer! Thanks guys, really appreciate everything you've done.

Just had a brake service on my Pilot. They were honest enough to say the rotors and pads were all good so just needed some lubricating and cleaning. And the car came back super clean and the tires armoralled! Thanks Two thumbs up!!

Wow. I am amazed at this shop and the people working here. I had a marmot living in my jeep. I tried for a couple days and could not get it out. I tried everything. I called everyplace I could think of and no one would help me. All a pest company would do is set a safe trap which I already did. I called this shop and they were so friendly and the only ones to help me. All the staff took an hour and a half of their own time at the end of their shift with a smile on their faces, and succeeded in getting out the marmot. I will use this shop for all my future needs and highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Brock Auto Centre. Wayne

Amazing service! Our jeep broke down, and took a few days to fix. They lent us a courtesy car for the final day, due to complications they were experiencing in getting the jeep parts. The lady at the front desk has excellent customer service skills, and was very friendly and empathetic to the whole situation. I felt that we paid a fair price for the work that had been done. And to top it off they provide a one year warranty for the parts they put in, and for their work. Overall a good experience
