Great experience. After reading the reviews here I was worried but the staff at the consulate have been awesome and gone out of their way to help me. 10/10

Absolutely useless and rude!

This barely deserves a 1 star. Attempted multiple times to get a hold of a representative but unable to reach anyone. Was taken on a series of automated voice messages.

Absolutely disgusted. Payed for the appointment, didn’t get a confirmation email. Called, emailed, no reply. I literally TOOK the bank receipts to the office, they DENIED the evidence. Such a fraud. Great job appointing these monsters to work, government of UK.

Absolutely useless.

I'm a British citizen, getting help from this consulate? Not bloody likely. Wham will come out with a new smash hit first.

Great to deal with and were very helpful in sorting me in regards to original passport and birth certificate that all went missing during a divorce

They should move to a cheaper renter building since they don't provide anymore counter service and save taxpayers money
