Went to Brimell Toyota twice and not one person from the dealership offered any help or service. They must have very interesting work on their screens or just plainly ignore a customer opening and closing doors and having to help themselves. I left and bought my highlander from Maple dealership instead. Even that dealership I had to almost beg for my cargo mat by coming back after picking up the vehicle a week later.@Maple Toyota The Scarborough dealership needs new management and staff seem to judge a book by its cover before offering service. Go to an A dealership - more professional service
