Excellent childcare facility. My baby has been here since 3 months and has exceeded all developmental milestones. They believe in the development of the whole child. The teachers and staff are very caring, friendly, and passionate as well!
Superlative care and dedication, the people here are the best! My little girl keeps talking about her miss and the amazing things she is learning. Super safe and the systems get me updated. 5 stars with no doubt.
We have been with BH Cook County/City of Chicago since our son was five months old. They are undoubtedly an extension of our family, and we are grateful. It is difficult as working parents, but knowing he is in excellent care with educators who love him and have his best interest at heart helps a lot. Our son enjoys learning and has LOVED all of his supportive, engaging teachers! We couldn't say enough about this location. Highly recommend.
We love the place! Our two year old comes home happy and exhausted. Always see them doing some new learning activities. Teachers and leadership team have a great positive spirit. Would recommend to anyone who works for the county or city.
It's the best daycare in this location. They have all the facilities and the rooms are quite nice, there are playgrounds inside and outside, most daycares don't have this luxury and kids are playing in one room the whole day that obviously is not good. During the day they have different activities that help kids learn and develop, they do enjoy them. As for the staff, actually all people are kind, open-hearted and nice, very professional, they really like children and take good care of them. Carol office manager is a wonderful woman, she is so supportive, responsive, and concerned about kids and teachers as well. They are like a big family. I've visited quite a lot of daycares in Chicago and even had some experience with my baby at another daycare, but when I finally found this one I became absolutely happy because now I'm not worrying about my baby, he is in safe and good place with good people taking care of him. I would highly recommend this place, you and your baby will love it.
It’s one of the very good preschool for kids in Chicago downtown.It’s also a daycare... staffs are very good..friendly.. They are well qualified for preschool and daycare.. They served healthy food on breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.. They did different types of activity..Children are learning tearless writing.. it’s a good school.
Thanks so much to the kids at Bright Horizons and teachers for encouraging CTU teachers as we marched downtown today. Your support gives us strength!
