A great spot to enjoy a variety of flavours in an area that’s less busy but still a short walk from the town. You can tell the small plates have been thoughtfully put together with the variety of flavours and ingredients.nThe lamb sausage is very delicious with the yogurt sauce and egg. The burrata is lovely and flavoured nicely - it comes with sourdough that’s actually sourdough. Those stood out the most.nThey have an excellent happy hour special that includes 50% off pizza and cocktails. We felt the pizza was worth the 1/2 off price and nothing more - lacked adequate toppings and was dry had barely any sauce.nHighly recommended reserving in advance, especially during happy hour as it was packed in there.nDidn’t find the serving staff or hostess to be overly warm, but everything was still delivered punctually.
my favorite meal in banff.nquick, incredibly upbeat and friendly service. not too oily, but still flavorful. all the dishes we ordered were incredible.nwe sat on the patio because the inside can be a little chilly.nthe roasted cauliflower was crispy and paired well with the mint and the sauce.nwe easily smashed the honey salami pizza. the sweetness offered an interesting mix with the tomato base.nand the trout! so tender, beautifully presented, and well-seasoned, especially with the potatoes and the kale.none recommendation is that it could be better coursed veggies should come out first.
This is absolutely a 5 star dining experience. We live near NYC so tend to have higher food standards -- this place knocked every dish out of the park, flavors were ON POINT. Hats off to the kitchen staff. All the staff are great and the atmosphere is excellent as well. If you're staying in Canmore, this is a must stop before you go!
The best meals in Canmore we experienced. I’m glad that I cancelled other restaurant’s initial reservation and made reservations at the Bridgette bar for two days during our Spring break get away in Canmore! Modern lively atmosphere and family friendly. I liked the fake but nice greenery plants, which brought up the vacationing moods. Exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly staffs were plus! Small portions but up skilled delicious dishes, my family will definitely come again.
Out of 5 days we stayed in Canmore, we came here twice! We were somewhat skeptical in the beginning as the host was not as welcoming. It was 6 of us including 2 little kids and she was trying to place us around the fire pit. I asked for a proper table. She then said “you are lucky we have a table for you”. I certainly don’t want to hear such no matter where we go. Tables were not filled even when we were finishing up.nnRegardless we went back because the quality of foods, and our server really made up for it. Pizzas were excellent. Pasta dishes, garlic bread, just everything you can ask for there in the menu was tasty.nnVery clean facility. Loved that they have open kitchen, fire pit, and other types of seatings. We only went a few places in Canmore so I can’t say this was the best one in the neighborhood but surely out of many we visited in Banff and Canmore, this place made to the top of the list.nnRecommended, especially Happy Hour!!
