I had the most fantasic experience here for a quick lunch. Excellent service, gorgeous view and literally the most beautifully presented veggie burger I’ve ever seen! It was super tasty too.nI hope they get a glass washing machine someday because the ONLY negative was plastic cups—I think it was biodegradable plastic but still.nOtherwise, 11/10 highly recommend!
This place has some of the most incredible views. The ambiance and setup is perfect. The food was okay our burger was slightly burnt. However would definitely recommend this place if you want to experience the great beauty that is coastal Vancouver island!
Small simple local eating place, good food, gorgeous location, friendly service. The food was rich and tasty, simple and honest. All meals ordered arrived timely. The only downside was the seafood chowder which was which, tasty and nicely done. Compared to other locations though, despite the food quality was very well, it was overpriced. Still, I don't regret the order. The pricing on the other items was typical.
The food was delicious ate so fast we didn’t get a photo I highly recommend the crispy chicken BLT, husband had the banh mi and said it was amazing. The service was welcoming and attentive, and of course there is a great view over the bay. Some others may have been confused about opening hours but we found this restaurant to have the best food & service in Port Renfrew. We will be back!
This was 1 of the 2 places recommended by the host at Heras Cove where we stayed at. We had lunch here on Sunday since they are closed Monday and Tuesday. Staff was really friendly and we had no issues with our food as it all tasted good. Previous reviews was not a factor in our decision as it may have affected our choice if we had actually looked. Didn’t realize the extreme between the stars but our experience was on the positive so we either came on a good day or things changed for the positive. Thanks for the good food and service!
