Great hike to see a beautiful waterfall. The trail goes down a few switchbacks until you get to the waterfall, but well worth it. There is also the small stream at the bottom that you can dip your toes in on a hot day to cool off. It can take you anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes round trip.
Clean restrooms at the trailhead, steep downhill to the falls on a well groomed trail. Gorgeous waterfall that is well worth the short but steep trek. Definitely go up to the viewing platform at the end to get the prefect view of the falls.
June. Beautiful flowers and beautiful scenery abounds along the Columbia river. This stop has a very pleasant walking trail that has many great photo opportunities and views across the river. Departing the point to the east on the old scenic road will take you to the Multnomah Falls just a short drive away.
Great little hike to the waterfall. Pretty empty early on Sunday. Easy to get to in an area with many waterfalls to view. Bathrooms also clean :
Absolutely stunning falls! The trail is steep in places, pretty muddy, too, but definitely worth it once you get to the falls. The fresh air is intoxicating!
Beautiful side of the highway falls... Easy hike.. Still a bit of snow on the ground. But a good rain jacket helps.. Kip holds on to mine for me.
Amazing experience! It was simply wow! Not crowded when we visited and a very easy hike to the falls from parking.
Short but steep and rough hike to falls. Worth the walk. Limited parking. Restrooms were open. Trail to gorge overlook is paved and mostly level. Area clean and well maintained.
Super beautiful falls! The hike down is very short - just 5-10 minutes - and the view of the falls is amazing. The parking lot never seems to be too full either. Definitely worth a stop if you're making a trip through the waterfall corridor!
