Very pretty. The falls were absolutely gushing because of the melting snow and ice. It's definitely worth checking out. There's parking right by the viewing station and easy access to the base of the falls via the stairs.
Definitely one of the top attractions to see when on the island! Short water trail but great views of the falls. Both bridges were closed/not available but still an enjoyable walk. You can walk pretty easily behind the falls too!
Beautiful waterfall.. No hike required and stairs allow you to take pictures from different levels. It's mostly crowded.. like a lot crowded!!
The falls are right beside the parking lot. We only stop for a quick swim in the pool in front of the falls. So beautiful, but very crowded.
Great place to stop and go for a stroll. The waterfall is nice, very close to the parking lot. You can walk the path and look at some sculptures too.
Great water falls close to road- limited free parking. Lots of steps, nice short trails
Toddler friendly trail with easy access to falls. Even if you don't walk the trail, you can simply walk down the steps and take a Pic of the falls. Not that much space to have a picnic though and parking is a bit limited
It is a beautiful spot all year round. There isn't a lot of maintenance during winter, and the stairs can get slippery. There is a staircase to the bottom, and a gravely path ending in some steps to the base of the falls. I can imagine this place to be filled with people, since the fall seems to have a good set of access points for foot traffic, such as wading in the area by the falls base, or going behind the veil.
Nice stop on the drive to Gore Bay. Beautiful waterfalls with a staircase down to the bottom where you can swim, walk behind the falls or walk along the river leading away from the falls
Awesome little spot. Great for a dip. 1 minute walk from the parking lot. Definitely worthy of a stop. Gets super busy from 1030am and on.
