Our experience here was amazing! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the food was awesome! We came for breakfast and ordered the Cinnamon bun french toast and the classic eggs Benny, they were both delicious! If you're in Aldergrove I would 100% recommend stopping in at the Brick Alley Bistro. They also serve dinner, dessert and in house baked goods that I'm dying to try and will definitely come back for! Thank you to our waitress for making our experience so pleasant!!!
Went for with my burger connoisseur husband. Hand pressed and juicy. I had chicken sammich wrap style. Big and full of flavour. Both entrees came with fries, I’m guessing home-cut. Food was served fresh and hot by a friendly and cheerful server. Soft drink and Oyster Bay was perfectly chilled. Will come again but try out their breakfasts. Bistro was very clean including the bathroom which is important for me anyways. Parking: Ample parking on road and side road.
I found the food to be fantastic, the staff were very friendly, but lacked experience in service. The wine we ordered was just dropped off at the table with our glasses. When we realized she wasn't coming back, we opened the bottle. The restaurant is dated and could use a good cleaning. Windows were dirty as were the vases with flowers in them. The appetizers was delicious , the best I have had in a long time. Our main courses were amazing and cooked to perfection. The food is just fabulous and I will go back.
The food here is great and the proportions are big! We had the Tunisian bowl and the cinnamon french toast with coffee. The staff is so sweet too!
Overall really enjoyed my experience. Came here with my wife and was served by Jesse who was a 10/10 for service and recommendation on menus items. My only suggestion is a wish it was bit more clean. The bathrooms seemed a bit grime and the table and decor seemed a bit “worn in”. A few watermarks on the ceiling tiles as well can leave a lot to be desired but we still enjoyed ourselves. The price point seemed appropriate but to be honest, most of the food prices have been going up some would have expected this from any restaurant that wants to be open tomorrow.
Brick Alley catered our office Christmas party. They delivered, set up and then cleaned up after. The food was amazing, everyone loved it. Everyone raved about each course. Applies, dinner and deserts. I highly recommend. Rebecca worked out a menu that worked for everyone and was great to work with. We’ll use Brick Alley again!
I don’t know why it took so long to try it out, but now that we have, they have a loyal customer for life. Amazing food, great staff and did I say amazing food?!?! A must try if you are a local or just passing through! Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!
The food was incredibly tasty, and the service was good also. My problem was the reaction we got upon telling the waitress, that I had reacted to something in food, was highly disappointing and horribly unprofessional. I have Celiac Disease and am very aware that I always take a chance when eating out. The waitress was informed of the CD and was very confident about telling me the items I ordered were Gluten-free. I have never had a problem with cross contamination, so if that’s what they want to attribute it to, it must have been very “heavy” cross contamination. In other words, it would mean that there was no care taken in the preparation of my meal.
Serendipity brought us here but we will be back. I’ve been homesick for the exact dish that I had; Southern Fried Chicken with white gravy, jalapeño biscuit, slaw and baked beans. It was all delicious! Hubs enjoyed hand battered Fish and Chips, made in-house. Portions are more than generous. The patio is comfortable and our waiter was very thoughtful about his service. Come out and see for yourself!
The staff is the best! Very inviting yet professional. The portions are huge, and the food is top notch. Definitely check it out if you're on the fence.Food: 5/5
