I was very pleased to utilize the services Estate Sale Pros Calgary Estatesalepros.ca and Donna and her team for my 'clear the house of excess' sale so I have spots to add more stuff. I found the cost to holding it was fair and expected as it takes labor, expertise, and time to do so. You also have access to thousands of clients who are proven estate sale buyers - an instant market. Donna and her team have over over 30 years experience which saves time and money as they know what they are doing and how to provide the best service and service is what Donna excels at. It is clear she is out to help the client do the best s/he can. She is ethical and open and quick to resolve any concerns or answer any questions. Her right hand Jannie also provides great service and has extensive knowledge - you are in good hands with her. She too wants success for the client. The company is professional, well organized and great to deal with. I have every intention of using them again when we finally downsize for good.
Just thought we would let you know how much we value and appreciate your service at Estate Sale Pros. We moved here from Ontario and could have used the quality of service you offer your clients. We have been following your online auctions and have made several great purchases. You have a way of grouping items together and featuring special items that makes people want to buy. We are always eager to search through the next sale. The service we used in Ontario was not as thorough in posting nor in evaluating items for sale at a reasonable price. We have recommended your site to many of our friends and have told our children that when it comes our turn to downsize or clear out our estate …you are the ones to call. I have purchased many lovely items here and been very satisfied with all transactions with the exception of one. I bought a large piece of antique furniture and had someone pick it up for me. When I got it home, I realized it was not in very good shape with broken pieces that were not disclosed as is the usual thing when they are selling an item. I was very disappointed.
Peeved that there is no "Start Shopping" button at the top, so I cannot see prices and details .. only the lovely photos. This has been a problem for weeks. Sent email but did not get a reply.
Estate Pros staff are always professional and great to deal with - know they products !
