Great little breakfast shop. They can get a little busy around 10 am for tables, it's a small place. Foods are great, try anything on the menu, I love the chicken and waffles, plus it comes with eggs and potatoes. Great service always, and everything comes out quickly.Food: 5/5
The food is very good, we tried the chicken and biscuits and the hash. I'd recommend calling ahead as there is limited seating and not a great place to wait. If you are taking a hangry wife to breakfast, I'd recommend getting one of their delicious pastries and eating it in the car while you wait.
Had the Irish hand grenade today. It's the best burger I've ever had in my whole life! And I'm the type that eats to live, not the other way around. I was floored by it. I could help smiling between bites. In simple terms it's a reuben and cheeseburger hybrid, but it delivers something greater than the sum of its parts. I live 3 hours away and absolutely will not hesitate to take a drive back there just to eat at this restaurant again! It was overall a great experience for me. My compliments to the staff and chef.
Fantastic diner food and top notch service. The prices were a little steep, but everything was amazing, so not a big deal. We got the Cowboy breakfast, the Red Eye Poutine, and the brushetta and they were all huge and very tasty.Dine in: Yes
Small town diner vibe and best corn beef hash in the area. Advertised as farm to table food. Really can tell the difference in quality in everything they cook here. Excellent staff and service cook did great as well.

This place is incredible. One of the best meals I’ve ever had, honestly. I ordered the chicken and waffles and my wife ordered the Red Eye Poutine and it was incredible! The staff was very friendly. It’s not super close to home but it’s definitely worth the drive from North Syracuse as much as possible. Their menu is small but they have perfected everything on it. Great job guys!
The food at Brewer Union is fantastic, good portions and tastes amazing. Everything is homemade. This cook is one of the best in the area by far!
The chef here knows what he's doing. Every thing on the menu is amazing. Huge portions and well thought out flavor profiles. They definitely know their way around a smoker and meats in general. Highly recommend. Also very gluten free friendly for those with sensitivity or intolerance.
Food is really good. Awesome job. Will return. I like the originality of the menu. They give you the options to try one of their creations, or you can just build a breakfast. Prices are fair and the people here are great.
