Parking available, walking distance from the arboretum and one of the few off leash areas complimented with watee access and a dock that dogs can jump off. If your dog loves water and you live downtown then this park is for you.

Great place to take your kids! Lots of different play structures and wide open fields, accommodating lots of families for kids from a very young age onwards.

A popular un-fenced off leash area with lots of trails to walk and some swimming too! Lots of other dogs around usually makes for a good time

Huge park. Lots of kids playground and a waterslide. Near the water, looks decent for shore fishing.

Excellent park for children of all ages, as well as for adults. BUT, just nearby is COVID testing center. Children from the line come to the playground to play. It is very negligent. Avoid this place until covid will be gone. It can be dangerous because of careless parents who potentially be sick with covid.

Wonderful park with something for everyone. Playing fields, play structures and water play area for kids, picnic areas, and nature trails along the Rideau River with beautiful scenery and diverse wildlife. Also great for dogs as you can walk your buddy off leash on the trails, and there is a great community of people who bring their dogs together and let them play. The dock is a popular spot for this so pups can cool off in the water.
