Very helpful staff. I was apprehensive at first due to appearances from the outside, but was amazed how helpful and knowledgeable these guys are. They are the real-deal!

Not worth the drive. His cars are listed at top 'market value' and he/his son are unwilling to negotiate the price, even when the vehicle has thousands of dollars in damage. The attempts to contact him via phone or email were all short, rude and unwilling to acknowledge that the 'top market value' is for a car with only minor cosmetic damage, not entire panels and doors dented in. "As is", "There is no money at that price for repairs" and "not negotiable" are the only answers I received when quoting Kbb / NADA pricing guides coupled with repair estimates.
