Appointment line is not user friendly. It feels that practice is doing what they can to discourage people to call. I'm disappointed with this that our money are being spent on useless devices. Useless shame there is no othe practice close. How many time you can press 1. If you not press's 1 you out of the queue This service is for people and should be easy accessible.
Unprofessional, rude doctors, very big difficulties to have proper visits, only by phone consultations, unsuportive and unemphatic staff. I have been waiting 4 weeks for proper diagnosis; no plan of medical treatment, poor quality of medical care, no info about medicine even about painkillers =>doctors always send to pharmacist instead advice something individually. Nobody read the discription from Anima, I do not know whats for that programm if nobody use it practical way. I tried always provide full details but doctor use it in 10%. Do not advice anyone to go there. They do not cure people they make people more stressed and waste the time.
Impossible to get through on the 2 hour window given to phone. App they want you to use is useless. Cant make appointment though app. Can't make an appointment on the phone. So my prescriptions stopped as need appointment. Absolutely ridiculous services from this surgery
Phone line only works half the time. Sometimes resetting your place in the queue after waiting for 40minutes. Online site Anima barely works and Is pointless as It only works between 8-10 mon-fri. They are unable to send a simple prescription or if they do they send it to the wrong pharmacy all together after multiple attempts. They don't call you for check ins they say you need for medication or treatments. Severely understaffed it seems. Overall very inconsistent, low quality, and outdated. Needs a massive overhaul
App is useless. Appointments line crammed. Been trying to get appointment with a nurse since 17th February no phone call back. Am absolutely disappointed with the service. Terrible service for patients to use. I have no faith at this practice.
Called up for an appointment at 8am. Told they would call me back on my mobile. Now 1530 and no one has called. Got home and they had called my house phone. Called up to ask why they haven’t called and said I have to call at 8am the next day for an appointment. Told me they would call my mobile! I’ve had it on me all day and waited! I’ve waited all bank holiday weekend to speak to a doctor and this is their response. I am not calling again to wait 40 minutes to speak to a human to book another appointment. Your mistake you sort it out! This is why there is so much stress on hospitals! Practice manager doesn’t even respond! Really disgusting behaviour!!! Update: Requested my repeat prescription on 20th April and still not been sent through. Have now decided to sign up to a new GP surgery. Was position 3 then back down to position 15. I’ve been on hold for 35 minutes! CQC need to sort this out.
Good luck with trying to get an appointment at this so called health centre. The online system is even worse. Whenever I finally manage to get in the building it is deserted. I assume all the patients have died or given up. Wish I could afford to go private as the NHS is an over funded, inefficient joke.
Nearly impossible to see a Doctor in person. Have been waiting 10 hours for a call back which never came. Only need a repeat prescription for blood pressure tablets. All the stress must have done wonders for my BP
KEEP NOTE THAT EVEN THOUGH YOU BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT IT DOSENT MEAN YOULL GET ONE APPARENTLY also their admin staff are rude and apparently dont know anything about what is going on in the practice , you will indeed recieve no help. they might as well shut this place down already and save themselves the embarassement
Waited for 45 mins until I can get on the queue when I was number 3 system kicked me out and had to redial again and start on number 21 queue. Don’t know if system can do that or it can be done manually by a person? I was suffering from asthma and lost my voice. You’d die before you can be seen by anybody there.
