My first time dealing with this business, and they were awesome!! I needed 8 dozen cupcakes for a baby shower, somewhat at the last minute. I posted in a local FB group asking for advice, and was pointed here. I'm so pleased I was! They have a pastry chef on staff that went above and beyond, the cupcakes not only tasted great they looked so beautiful! The owner was very accommodating with my various requests, even being willing to have me pick up the cupcakes outside of business hours. The shop is a very cute coffee shop, with various pastries and snacks, as well as a gift shop. I would highly recommend their pasty chef for any events you have, as well as recommend stopping in to the cafe for a drink and snack!
Amazing local community hub! Great coffee and the best muffins! Love the lunch sandwich and panini offerings and the date squares are amazing my favourite!. If you're in the area, I would thoroughly recommend calling in to soak up some of the atmosphere in this local gem.Food: 5/5
My wife and I last weekend to tried a couple of the Chocolate Pecan Pull-aparts at the Empourium. Maybe the best fresh bakery items we’ve ever had, simply delicious! The Empourium muffins are always exceptional as well. The coffee is great, but don’t miss the fresh baked selection.
Wow, what a great coffee spot. The staff/owners are welcoming, friendly and super helpful with local info and tips. Had some excellent coffee and conversation here. We were lucky enough to stumble upon this place early in our 5 week trip to Vancouver Island and benefited from their information. Ended up being the best coffee of the entire trip.
I have been to this coffee shop too many times already, they had a very unpleasant lady before and now the owner got ride of her, which is good for all the customers who are coming to this place regularly! Love the coffee here and always busy during lunch time! Best fruit and organic yoghurt here! Love the bagel with cream cheese ! Very good chai tea latte! very good location! 15 mins walk from Stelly’s secondary school and not far from Bayside middle school either!
Great local place. Owners and staff are great to see & chat too. Food, coffee, nicknacks, sometimes even live music or open mic night.Food: 4/5
Best London Fog, chocolate milkshakes and sandwiches in Brentwood Bay. Best gift shopping too from jewelry to tee shirts. I’ve been coming here for years and it keeps getting better.
Love this 'Empourium' with unique gifts and awesome coffee and food/treats too!Food: 4/5
Wanted a tastey coffee on my break. It tasted like gas station coffee and the price point is pretty high for below average coffee. Nice staff and seems like a cozy place to sit.
I had the Belgian waffle, which was delicious. My husband had the eggs Benedict. They were just ok. I didn't love their hollandaise sauce. As for the Emporium itself it was cute and cozy. Half of it as a shop with ceramic knickknacks, coffee cups, cards, bags, glassware, and even some clothes. A little bit of everything really. They also have a little bookself in the corner with some books and board games. All in all we really enjoyed it and would go back again.
