Brenne Dental Health Centre

Dr. Brenne and his staff were very friendly and professional. They use updated technology and ensure the safety and comfort of customers. They quickly accommodated me, a new patient, when I needed a large cavity fixed. I had a checkup the day after I called, and my tooth was fixed within the week. Dr. Brenne was very efficient and meticulous during the cavity filling, and stopped to ensure that I was fully frozen before continuing. His assistant was very nice and informative. I will definitely be going here again for my dental needs in the future!

I'm Dr. Dan, the associate dentist at this practice. Out of all the practices I've worked at, Brenne Dental is one of the friendliest, most caring and accommodating. People here really care and I'm proud to be part of the team!

Dr.Brenne office assistants and staff are very pleasant and professional. However, Dr. Brenne seems to have little time to welcome new patients or make someone feel comfortable prior to work being down. July 23, 2010, appointment friday morning 9 am ( Brenne doesn't work fridays, only on special occassions), he had to fill two small cavities on wisdom teeth.Assistant sits me down for 5 min for prepping, but does NOT ask any questions or inform of what is to happen next... With safety glasses and headphones on, Brenne comes around the corner, sits down beside me, says "hello" and cranks my mouth open...and starts prodding, packing , spraying stuff all around in me.... I have never had cavities in my life, this was a new experience, no one told me what he was going to do... i showed signs of uncomfortableness and unease... i even APOLOGIZED during the first 5 min... he just sighed and kept going back in .... finally, i GAGGED on something i thought i was swallowing... He snapped back in his chair, sighed, and says, "WELL, WE CAN'T DO THIS TODAY"....and then he walks away... leaving me in a chair with my mouth stuffed with who knows what... i am shocked , the assistant is a little stunned.... She cleans me up, and says to me, "There will be no charge for that today"...I laugh, I guess not, why would i pay a guy who made me feel guilty, and uncomfortable , and couldn't get the job done... Here's the Kicker! They did not reschedule me, they are on holidays now, and I am leaving the country in two weeks! They knew this, and it seems they don't care.... Well, Dr.Brenne, i hope you have a great golf game and holidays, and thanks for leaving me "high and dry" in North Bay during my final week in this city and after the hundreds and thousands maybe of dollars for exams and hygienist fees I have paid you and your staff over the past 5 years... NIce finish. Guaranteed, never again. New patients? be warned and do your homework.
