I cannot begin to describe the wealth of knowledge and compassion Mary Katherine and Edie provided me and my family when we we struggling with decision making on behalf of my parents. Initially financial planning turned into medical proxy issues, more financial planning, elder health care, etc, all within a few months! Being prepared is the best option but since we were not, MKB was amazing in helping navigate the course for us.

My family lives in Florida where we filed a primary probate case and we needed a secondary probate lawyer up in Maine. We are so very glad to know Smilie and Mary Kathryn! They have helped us in two critical ways, once for our estate planning and also with my brother who is disabled.
