Totally satisified with my solar panel installation completed quickly and effectively in May 2022. Battery back up system was a very worthwhile add-on despite the extra cost, given current electricity prices. Had great service from whole Solar Technology team - helpful and efficient even if rather busy at times. Nicky & installer Chris provided great personal service. Products performing well and would definitely recommend them - in fact 3 neighbours have already had similar systems installed
Was supplied one of their small systems. Phoned for support because all I received in a sealed box was a solar panel, nothing else. No-one available to provide support, no idea when someone would be available. Left my phone number but no-one has bothered to call back. If they can't support a small package they clearly aren't fit to discuss bigger installations.
Last 4 weeks, technical person sick, we will get someone to come back to you today promised 4 times!!!
Terrible customer service. I had a very simple request for information and after three emails to them and a phone call nothing has been done despite a promise on the phone. They simply don't reply or do what they promise.
Dreadful customer service. I have one of their LiFOS lithium batteries in my VW transporter and the LiFOS App that is supposed to enable you to monitor state of charge and voltage etc. doesn’t work. Emails and multiple phone calls to their support team have been completely ignored. Can’t speak for their other other products but give the LiFOS a wide berth and hope you have better luck with customer care if you need them.
This is a while ago now. I ordered a Freeloader iSIS, it arrived promptly and fine. This was a Christmas present. On its first use, the solar panel broke immediately, charging wasn't functional and the thing became a brick. This can happen, yep.. However, after this, all of my contact attempts have been unanswered. I have never been able to reach anyone, so naturally I also have never been able to receive a refund or repair the broken product. 65 pounds lost.
