Bredfields True Value Hardware

I went here because I was in a pinch and needed a metal rake. I was surprised to see they had spade and flat shovels for $9.99 but the cheapest metal rake they had was $17.99 every ace I've been to has them for $9.99. A lady working there asked if I needed help finding anything and I asked her if they had any rakes for $9.99 and she rudely says "no we only have what's on the wall" as I tried to inform her that other aces had them (thinking she may want to order them) she turned around and walked away from me while I was in the middle of my sentence. I'm giving them 3 stars only because they had a rake, but if I lived in this town and was just stopping by to grab something I could easily give them 1 star.

Wonderful customer service and the people are so knowledgeable. I cold take the pipes from under my kitchen sink and they can tell me what I need. I love it they're the best

Good variety of hardware, housewares, paint and lawn&garden. They also have a tool and equipment rental section in the back. The staff knows their stuff and are good at getting me what I really need and not what I thought I needed.
