Cant give this a 5 star. Some sales rep know your buying so they dont bother working too hard on you. Some would go a distance. If I could buy and do my own transaction and help myself. I would. For that, you get a 4
Poor customer service, I came by Wednesday in attempt to buy a sofa yet your employee “Simon” at the lasale branch was rude for no reason. I was not expecting to be verbally attacked by him I am very disappointed with this service.
