I started seeing Taylor at Bratt Pak quite a few months ago & I am SO happy I came across her!! She’s everything I could ask for and more in a hair stylist. I love how she’s very detailed and listens carefully during our consultation before every appointment. She’s also just fun & hilarious. Highly recommend using this salon!Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

I came to see Taylor nine months ago and I haven't looked back ever since. She is so talented and passionate about her clients and makes sure I walk out of the salon looking my best. I have had extensions in my hair for almost 10 months and get so many compliments and no one can believe I have extensions because they look so natural. She is the best!!

I had my hair done last week and it took me a few days to decide whether I should leave this review or not. Ultimately I decided it would be a good cautionary review. Overall my hair turned out okay but my experience was less than desirable. The biggest issue is when I booked my appointment, I was quoted what my services would be approximately toner for blonde and an undercut buzz which was the deciding factor to proceed with the appointment. However the services ended up being more than double what I was quoted. The stylist informed me that there were extra charges for things like product she did a hair treatment I did not ask for... And drying and ironing my hair. Had I been informed of the extra charges BEFORE receiving I would have had a chance to decline these services. All salons I have been in before include drying and ironing hair with a colour service. It was quite shocking and It was not a good feeling to be surprised like that. There needs better communication from the stylist with their clients in that regards. Further I found my stylist to be quite rough when handling my hair it was kind of painful and I was too shy and uncomfortable to say anything.  My stylist seemed to be more interested in interacting with her co-workers than she did with my appointment. It's a busy place so I understand trying to fit a lot into the day but the client in the chair should not feel like they are not important. I don't know how to word that without sounding snotty  TL:DR make sure you go over the services and prices before the service commences so you are not shell shocked by the price.  The good stuff though, the colour was okay and the salon is nice, the stylist were friendly.  I hope this review helps someone when picking out their next salon. Kendee has been my hair stylist for 17 years and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. While I’m in her chair, I see her strong mentorship, attention to detail and incredible patience. She takes her time with my stubborn hair to ensure a perfect cut every time. When I decided to start colouring my hair, she far exceeded my expectations by asking such detailed questions to get me exactly what I wanted, and I was beyond happy the results! I only wish I found this salon sooner!! By far, the best salon in town. Kendee and her team always go above and beyond to make me feel so pretty. I don’t live in the Hat anymore, but I still make the drive to see Kendee, she’s that good.

BLOWN AWAY!! I had contacted Taylor in regards to wicked postpartum hair loss after numerous days of crying in the shower / mirror because I felt like I had lost all my hair and had nothing left. We had a consultation and ordered the hair the same night, I got my extensions installed 2 weeks later and I am BLOWN away. I love them, couldn’t even tell I have extensions and she gave me back that natural look!! thank you so much Taylor!!

I could not ask for any better service than what I get here at Bratt Pak. I have the most amazing hair dresser Kendee. Angela did it again! She has magic in her hands. Go see her and tell her Yoyo sent you!!! This time we went red....i will redo ot in couple of months.....Also I'm getting my hair done in the salon, the battery in my truck went dead. Nothing left on in the truck high tech turning key off everything shuts off but at -40+  degrees  temperatures didn't stand a chance. I went back and inside and told the girls and I had a dead battery and low and behold bless her heart one of the hairdressers named Denise came to me also driving a truck and offered me a boost I had the cables she had the truck Brat Pack place to go covers your needs....from head to truck!!!! Love you girls!!! See ya in a couple months.

Elizabeth did a great job on my hair. It was fun chatting with her and she is professional with her work. She was honest about what haircut I should go for and she did an amazing job and I can say this is best haircut I ever got. It was a girls outing day and we all wanted a change. They were super nice about scheduling us all at the same time. My 2 other friends were satisfied with their haircuts, I don't recall the names who did their hair, but everyone was super friendly. BEST HAIR SALON IN TOWN! I WOULD RECOMMEND ELIZABETH.
