Lovely place with nice staff and a great old world homely feel. Rustic and charming. Great food - loved the lamb and the chestnut tiramisu.

Food is really yummy. Good service. Definitely recommend it.

Very nice, cosy place with a good wine selection and live music every Thursday. Staff is very friendly. One negative side: sofas are extremely uncomfortable and chairs are not much better.

Le Laurier was one of my planned stops in Paris. I've searched it before my visit so I had expectations for it. Had beef over there with perfect and smooth garlic flavoured fries after the goose liver; I won't be lying if I use the word 'well prepared'. Even though liver is not a favourite of mine I've tried it just to give it a try. Like Paris. And liver, just like Paris, won the battle over my biases to the dish's itself. Great entrée with liver, satisfying medium beef along with the non-distractive wine and good finish with considerably fresh fruits for fondue. Le Laurier will make you realize that you are in Paris with it's service, ambiance and music. Make your reservation now, it's very good place with it's budget scala.

Nice litte place with cosy decoration. The food is well presented and really tasty. French and Mediterranean dishes Wines are good. The prices are average for Paris.

Faring much better than Constant would be Berthillon - a location perhaps as famous as Laduree and Herme where an hour long line seemed present each day we passed by the outdoor scoop-shop - at least until one day a lovely young waitress informed those of us standing in line that there was no wait and no minimum order if we would like to sit inside instead. Taking a seat and browsing the flavors I'll admit the decisions was a difficult one, but in the end I opted for three tastes - ice creams in the form of Nougat au miel and chocolat noir plus a scoop of sorbet poire. Served with a crispy tuille and each dainty and loaded with flavor my only advice to anyone going would be order whatever you like - but make sure you try the pear - the texture is velvet and the flavor is like that of a pear at its peak of ripeness; it is exquisite.
