Great beer, super friendly staff. You can't go wrong.
The beers were tasty, the staff were very friendly, and its located in a nice quiet area. We paid was less than we were expecting, which is always a good thing! They have tons of board games available to play, and you can bring your own food to go with the beer. Note: there is no food available. Just delicious beer. Will definitely go back
The place to go for good beer, good time and nice people. Don't forget to bring back a growler or two !
Nice cosy atmosphere for micro brews. Staff is frendly and helpful with the various beers on tap. We even got a quick tour afterwards. They also have a selection of games, but you can bring your own too. Recommend if your out in Hudson.
First off. The beer is absolutely delicious. Second, the wood cabin like atmosphere is warm and inviting and is known for making you want to stay and have an extra pint. Highly recommend.
Ton of fun! Watch opening hours as they are only open a couple days a week. Beer was excellent, atmosphere very cool with lots of games! Viviry Restaurant is literally 50m away and has amazing food that you can eat inside Bois Blanc as they dont serve food.
Moved to Hudson Yesterday and went down to enjoy the street festival. As beer lovers we decided to stop in at Bois Blanc to have a flight. After sitting down and waiting 10 mins without anyone coming to take our order or even acknowledging we were there I went in to ask if we needed to order inside. One of the two women working explained they would come to our table. After sitting down for another 5 mins of absolutely no contact with the sever we got up to leave and as we we walking past the sever I had spoken to earlier she gave the table we had just left to another couple without a care that we had got up to leave. The whole place had about 20 clients at the time and didn’t seem very busy. As a someone that has worked in F&B for almost 20 years for large hotel chains and restaurants I would expect better and pretty much any establishment. I guess next time we’ll just go to Beau’s in Vankleek Hill.
On offer is a slice of liquid Heaven: Tempête Divine Divine Thunder or Divine Storm. What can I say? It's the quintessential Imperial IPA with notes of citrus, grapefruit and a very pleasant finish in the mouth; not too long or short. It's a beer of incredible balance. Originally from Montreal, I am no stranger to good craft beer. This particular Imperial IPA is worth a detour to Hudson on your way to Ottawa or Hawkesbury, or even if you're looking to spend a pleasant afternoon in a genuinely welcome village: GO TO BOIS BLANC BRASSERIE. If Martin Brooks owner is there, say Patrick from Montreal sent you.
Great little micro-brewery with a very quaint atmosphere, steps away from a parking area across the street near the fire station. They don't have food, but you can bring your own munchies, pretzels are always great, or you can order food from some of the restaurants in Hudson.
Great service, sat and drank with the owners, a couple of guys who love to make beer. Disarmingly easy to drink there. The beers are solid, no fuss, delicious. Go!
