I've been living in Brantford since October 2024 and rely heavily on the transit buses as I am blind. So far I have received nothing but amazing service from all the drivers and workers. The drivers have been very communicative and helpful whenever I have questions about a route or the call out system not working.nnAside from the drivers, I have met some amazing people from the community while riding the busses and have had some really good memorable conversations which makes the rides a lot more enjoy able.
Staff and manager are great. I've been facing these intensely growing medical issues.nnSome staff have been salty. Some have been nice. But in the end. I'm SO grateful for each and every single one of them. Because I'm in such dire pain and suffering at such a young age. With no family or friends at that, and with social assistance messing around.nnI'm suffering. And they help me to or from doctors sometimes :nnI'm super grateful for the Brantford Transit Staff. Bus service is always delayed or too quick. Especially at evening time . Its is totally mismanagemed. I am missing bus on regular basis as bus left @4:28 . I got delayed by bus 1. Its not my fault. Same problem with bus number 9. It is quick than expected time on google time. I tried talking with that Indian looking inspector but he is not ready to listen.nWhos fault .....mine or Transit system.

It is truly baffling how absolutely dog-water Brantford public transit is. If you see a bus pulling into the station, can you not wait 30 seconds until everyone that is arriving late, through no fault of their own, has the chance to get on? No! That would be too convenient. Reimbursement? Nah can't do that either. What you CAN do is wait in the cold terminal kiosk though while you wait to be late for wherever you're trying to go. If you want to be on time, show up an hour early, maybe an hour and a half to be safe.nnThe only real positive experience I've had is that at least two of your drivers aren't absolutely miserable, God bless them.
