Clean, safe and welcoming environment. Excellent and knowledgeable staff who really take the time to assist you. I always feel treated with kindness by the staff and they’re great with helping homeless people too. Great programs for kids and a huge asset to Brantford.
I recently signed my 3 kids and I up at the library and we've made it a weekly thing. The staff were SO friendly in showing us around, getting us set up etc. The kids love that they can pick out books, check them out with their own library card. The children's area is huge and the kids could spend hours there. It is something the look forward to every week.
The staff are very helpful and friendly at the library. It's nice to see that security is there and active. They are definitely following covid-19 guidelines and libraries being kept very clean. I find it very organized and orderly. It's definitely wheelchair-accessible with elevators for each floor. You currently can only enter from the front due to the guidelines as opposed to entering from the back but you can still exit from the back.
